Examples (not limited to):

LCD / Screen Replacement - All screen replacements are tested using M360 Diagnostics Software this ensures TechCentreUK have done the due diligence to ensure your device is fit for purpose and holds a valid warranty baseline. Warranty claims are valid when the battery health percentage is 90% health or above, Excluding batteries with physical damage or liquid damage caused by the customer. All batteries are tested by the manufacturer prior to sale.

Console HDMI Ports - All console HDMI Ports are tested using a hdmi port tester, manually with a multimeter and lastly physically plugging into a tv/monitor and testing across all resolutions where applicable. If there is a clean break across all pins and support legs TechCentreUK may assess the situation and if no further supporting damage or bends in the port itself then TechCentreUK may cover this under warranty. If there is snapped traces, cracked solder on pins, broken or bent support legs or ripped traces then this WILL NOT be covered under warranty under no circumstances, it is user damage and a chargable repair.

Liquid Damage - TechCentreUK will not cover any devices with liquid damage under any circumstances regardless of whether the damage was there before or after the repair. This strict decision is final.

Damage unrelated to the repair - If there is other damage unrelated to the repair TechCentreUK have under taken it will not be covered under any circumstance other than if the technician has caused it. We have heard every story in the book including "It worked before you repaired it" which is an odd statement because in most circumstances if a screen is broken and the user cannot use it then it wouldnt have been tested. A very common issue across mainly iPhones for example is issues with FACE ID, sometimes unfortunately a device can be damaged but working but once opened and pressure is released it can cause damaged components to fail, this cannot be covered by TechCentreUK it is a byproduct of your initial damage. However if damage is caused by TechCentreUK it will be repaired or replaced without dispute unless stated before repair.

If you cannot agree to the terms please DO NOT submit this form and respectfully find a different repair company to complete your request.
